When we talk about electric cars and electromobility, we immediately think of electric car manufacturers like Tesla, BMW, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Škoda etc. But have you ever thought of Mercedes cars associated with electromobility? We have not!
After our first test drive we had in a Mercedes EQC, we fell in love with it. It is a fully electric luxury car with beautiful interior, as you would expect from the Mercedes brand, with the performance comparable to Tesla cars, that had beed the top EV for us till then.
Of course, when we learned about the EQ ROADSHOW event, that was organized by the Centrum Moravia s.r.o. in Olomouc, we could not miss it. And we were surprised again, this time by the wide range of models that Mercedes-Benz offers, from passenger cars to vans and trucks, both fully electric and hybrids.
Our company has been working closely with Mercedes-Benz Centrum Moravia s.r.o. in Olomouc. We supply and install our HEVN charging stations for their customers, and thanks to the Mercedes EQC 400 4Matic, we eventually became a customer too.
If you are interested in the latest Mercedes fully electric or hybrid models, check their website Centrum Moravia and you may be pleasantly surprised as we were.
Why are HEVN charging stations interesting for electric car owners?
Because we do not import the chargers like many other retailers do, we manufacture them ourselves in our plant in Šternberk. Based on the requirements and needs of each customer, we can do any modification, whether it’s the function, shape or color. We are able to adapt anything for our clients and offer them the most suitable solution for their individual situation or usage. We don’t only manufacture and install charging stations, we also provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is highly appreciated by customers.
As you can see, all serious car manufacturers, including Mercedes-Benz, take air pollution and climate changes seriously and are slowly moving towards the alternative options for their cars. The conclusion is, the switch from combustion engines to electric cars is inevitable. If you are considering buying a new car, think about it getting an EV.
